Return & Refund Policy for Fenland Tackle Exchange

At Fenland Tackle Exchange, we value your satisfaction and want you to love your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Right to Cancel

Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, for any reason and without any justification.

2. Returns Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Notify Us : Contact us within 14 days of receiving your item by emailing info@fenlandtackleexchange.co.uk or calling 01354 530105. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

  • Return the Item : You must return the item(s) within 14 days of notifying us of your intent to cancel. Ensure that the items are in their original packaging, unused, and in a saleable condition.

  • Shipping Costs : You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend obtaining proof of postage when returning items.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process your refund as soon as possible, and in any case, within 14 days of receiving the returned items. We will issue the refund to your original method of payment.

4. Non-returnable Items

Please note that certain items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Used or damaged items

If you received an item that is faulty or does not match your order, please contact us immediately and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the unwanted item and place a new order.
