Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing Fenland Tackle Exchange.

Our aim always is to provide you with the best possible service, including same day handling, collection or dispatch whenever possible.

That said, we would ask you, please, to allow adequate time for order preparation in line with our Shipping Policy below.

IF YOUR ORDER IS REQUIRED URGENTLY simply give us a call on 01354 530105; we strive to accommodate tight deadlines wherever possible.

  1. Store pick-up

    All orders may be collected from Fenland Tackle Exchange, City Road, March PE15 9LS at no charge.
    Please allow up to three working days for order-picking and preparation. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with a link to book your collection slot. Collection times must be booked - please do not just 'show up' as your order may not be there!

  2. Free Local Delivery

    If you are based within 20 miles of PE15 9LS, and your order is over £25.00, we'll deliver it to your door, for free, within five working days. Where possible we will notify you when this will be. If you are not going to be home, please let us know a safe place to leave it.

  3. Postage

    Though we aim to to turn all orders around as quickly as possible, please allow up to three working days for packing and handling, and a further two working days for despatch (if applicable), which is usually either Royal Mail Tracked 48, Evri or Yodel.  If you have a specific preference please let us know.
    Long and large packages are usually sent using DX overnight service.

    Please Note: We are closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

  4. Postage Rates

    Our postage rates are calculated by a convoluted formula, which - if it wasn't for human intervention- would probably work out correctly all of the time, but humans are currently involved, so errors can occur.

    If you believe your postage rate has calculated incorrectly - please get in touch.

    Please note we cannot offer postage refunds on orders that have already been completed.

    Medium parcel - Tracked £7.80
    Large parcel or Length over 120cm - ParcelForce £14.95
    Long items over 150cm or multiple packages - DX £24.95
    Delivery address within 20 miles of March
    and order value over £25    		 FREE

    * Excludes products that are classified as 'long and/or large'
