Why Use Hempseed?

Hemp is a traditional coarse fishing bait used by generations of anglers. Once correctly prepared, the small seeds release natural oils and provide an effective loose feed for attracting and holding fish in your swim.

Prepared hemp can be introduced little and often when float fishing for roach, tench and bream, or used in larger quantities when targeting carp and barbel.

It can also be combined with other prepared particles, such as maize and tares, to create a varied feeding mix for specimen fishing.

Preparation Instructions

This product is supplied unprepared and must be properly cooked before use.

Soak the hempseed in plenty of water, then boil until the seeds begin to split and the white shoots become visible. Allow to cool before introducing it into your swim.

Do not feed dry, unprepared hempseed to fish.
