The Base-X Bolo combines a strong fibreglass blank with a sensitive tip, giving it the versatility to fish for silverfish while retaining useful reserves of power when larger bream, tench or carp turn up.

At 5 metres long, it is particularly useful when you need extra reach for controlling a float, fishing beyond marginal weed or presenting a bait accurately on Fenland drains, rivers and commercial fisheries.
