The Gardner Bait Bomb is a smart, reusable tool for forming compressed groundbait or pellet sticks without the need for PVA. This is a game-changer for anglers looking for a mess-free and cost-effective way to present bait. The Bait Bomb works by creating a tightly compressed bait 'bomb' with a tapered cavity and a slot. This unique design allows you to easily slide the bait down your line to sit directly on the lead or onto your hooklink for close-in fishing. You can even use it as a casting weight for free-lined baits by simply sliding it down the hooklink onto the hook itself. For the best results, we recommend using a strong binding method mix. If you're using a shop-bought groundbait mix, add a binder like flour (1 ounce per 8 of groundbait) to improve its consistency. For longer casting or a slower breakdown, simply add more flour.

You can prepare your Bait Bombs ahead of time by microwaving up to six at a time for 1–2 minutes at full power. Once microwaved, they can be stored in an airtight container for months. Alternatively, you can let them dry naturally overnight or while you're fishing.
