Delivery & Store Policies

• Free Local Collection: Collect your order in person at no extra charge. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your item is ready for pickup.

• Postage & Handling: Our postage fee covers packaging, careful packing, handling, tracked shipping, and platform fees.

• Carrier & Dispatch: Orders are usually dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48. We aim for a next-working-day turnaround, but please allow up to three working days for order processing.

• Store Operating Hours: Please note our office and dispatch depot are closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Orders placed on these days will be processed on the next open working day.
